How to find us:
We're located at Perendale Road, Jack's Point Queenstown, the carpark side of the primary school in Hanley's Farm. Parking is available in the school carpark or we have plenty of off-street parking.

Health Edit Chiropractic is a home based clinic - When you arrive for your appointment please knock and come inside and take a seat - there is a bench seat with a sheep skin to sit on - nice and cozy, so please make yourself at home.

In your confirmation email for your first appointment a comprehensive heath history form was sent to you to fill in before your appointment. If you could please fill this in before you arrive so I have time to go over your health history and tailor your consultation to best suit you.
